Applications include most automotive engine, transmission, and differential components including engine blocks and heads, camshafts, crankshafts, armature shafts, bearings, sleeves, pistons, pump housings, torque converters, manifolds, connecting rods, and more. Aerospace applications include engine blade, vanes, disks, and more.

Part sensing is performed by both contact and non contacting methods including digital and analog gaging probes, air to electronic conversion, and laser and visions systems. Gaging software is fully user configurable with an embedded library of standard formulas, and corporate level approved by most major automotive companies.
